The main raw material of the product is the rich bark of Quercus variabilis (oak) in Qinba Mountain area of China. Quercus variabilis can be recycled every 10 years without cutting down trees. The production line of crushing-screening-grinding-sorting-pressing of Quercus variabilis independently developed and manufactured by the company can produce more than 20 tons of cork refined powder, 200 square billets and 60 round billets per day. Stripping, rotary cutting, sanding, hot-pressing compounding, sawing/milling, flow coating painting, locking and slotting from the blank are the source manufacturers of cork industry in China.
